A. Snatch, 1 RM
Got 231 and then jumped to 242, after a couple missed reps I got a good one and was on the way up when I dropped it behind me, next attempt I caught at the bottom, lost my elbow position and dropped the bar directly on my upper back, tweaked my wrists and shut down the day, was tired to start with. Good news is that I lost 242 behind me a few times...that weight is in my reach
